Ünteks Group is a leading integrated textile business, which carries on a textile business since 1992. The Group’s main activities are cotton yarn manufacturing, knitted fabric manufacturing, dyeing, rotation printing and apparel manufacturing.
Yarn
Different counts of open-end quality cotton yarn ranging from Ne 20/1 to Ne 40/1 is manufactured from cotton fibre to meet the requirements of our Group and our customers in Diyarbakır Yarn Mill which is equipped with the latest technology.
The Ünteks yarn factory commenced operations in March 2015 in Diyarbakır. The factory, which was established for manufacturing open-end cotton yarns, plays an important role in rendering the Ünteks Group an integrated textiles manufacturer. It has a monthly production capacity of 1.000 tons.
Most of the yarns manufactured in our factory are used in our knitting mill. Only a small portion of the production is marketed to local and international customers.

Following fabric types are being manufactured both in plain and in printed format in our Dyeing House and Printing Facilities in Çorlu.

With more than 125 state-of-the-art- circular knitting machines from various high quality brands, we are carry out 2.000 tons of monthly production at our knitting factory. We constantly execute and develope innovative activities with our trained staff, which is focused on providing a better service in timely production, minimum or none quality problems, creative problem solving.
Apparel
We are basically manufacturing women’s, men’s and children’s knitwear, namely t-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, skirts, dresses, jogging bottoms, polo t-shirts and night robes etc. in our ready-to-wear apparel facilities located in Habipler / Istanbul.
Our ready-to-wear unit, which was restructured in 2014, has reached a manufacturing capacity of 1.000.000 pieces monthly in a short period of time. The company’s team of specialists in women’s, men’s, and children’s knitwear carries out production on behalf of exclusive domestic and international brands.
Our apparel department, with its integrated textiles production structure from yarn to garments, makes it possible to meet domestic and foreign customer demands at an optimum balance of price and quality. The ready-to-wear unit’s production graph has shown a pattern of steady growth over the years.
Behind the rapid success the ready-to-wear unit has achieved is a young and dynamic, customer-focused team that follows the latest in fashion trends and places the proper importance on research and development - in particular, on the areas of professional-software-supported production and fashion styles.
Having each significant phase of production in-house, plays an important role in boosting the quality standards of finished products. This arrangement allows Ünteks Group to apply its philosophy that “Quality is produced, not controlled.”
Dyeing
Our Dyeing House in Çorlu has a monthly production capacity of 1500 tons of dyed fabric and 800 tons of printed fabric. The state-of-art HT-Jet dyeing machines can dye from 25 kgs to 1600 kgs. Our manufactured products are controlled and tested in the laboratory in compliance with global standards.
Printing
We can print on any type of knitted fabrics with our high quality rotation printing machines. We can offer perfect fabric effects to our customers with printing techniques such as reactive, pigment, dispersed, and burnout methods.
