Our company has taken the necessary step for the establishment of the facility by purchasing a land of 90.000 m2 in Şanlıurfa Organized Industrial Zone. Our facility, with an investment cost of 50 million USD, has been built on a 50.000 m2 closed area of the purchased land and has become the most modern yarn facility in Turkey, the Middle East and the Balkans.
Our facility has preferred Rieter Ring machines, Murata Bobbin machines, Marzolı Roving machines and Uster laboratory devices, which are accepted by the world, and also includes 20 ring machines. Our head and end suction machines are 1824i type equipped with the latest technology and our total number of i is 36,480. Our daily yarn production in our facility is 25 tons, and our monthly production reaches 750 tons.
In our factory, 1st class compact combed cotton yarns are produced in the range of Ne20-Ne150. In our factory, where a full automation system is applied, 100% organic cotton collected from the field in bales without any human touch is processed and tested in our superior laboratories. After the process, we produce solutions to respond quickly among the customers we will work with by being presented to the fabric and knitting factories in Turkey and the world market.

Rubenis Knitting Fabric Facility with a closed area of 10 thousand square meters was opened in 2021 for Rubenis İplik, which has a yarn production capacity of 25 tons per day in our Rubenis compact Yarn facility.
All of our machines have started production at the Rubenis facility using the world's most well-known knitting machine brand, Mayer brand state-of-the-art fabric production machines.
In high-chassis Mayer branded machines, one hundred percent organic fabric is produced in 100 kg balls, 150 kg balls, 200 kg balls and 250 kg balls without the need for seam attachments.
Thanks to the optical readers on our machines, needle breakage and thread breakage are detected at the moment and our machines stop automatically.
There are no traces of paraffin and needle breakage in the fabrics we produce.

There are 32 machines, 4 of which are mayer triiplik, 32 pus and 24 faults.
In our facility, all kinds of fabrics (supreme, jacquard single jersey, interlock, jacquard interlock, rib, camisole, pique (lacoste), two yarns, three yarns, Thessaloniki, Ottoman, crepe, double fresh) are produced.
Our machines are made of four steels, all of them are equipped with lycra (elastane).
Each machine in our facility works independently of each other in a separate order, in separate compartments to eliminate all kinds of fly. With this feature, it is the only compact knitting facility in the world.
Our facility has INDITEX standards.
The finished fabrics are passed through the quality control machine.
The fabrics whose quality control is completed are weighed in digital environment and barcoded. It is shipped by being covered with a transparent nylon bag and barcoded a second time.
