In 1990, the adventure of Davas Tekstil started with a ginning factory with a capacity of 50 TON/day in a 5000 m2 closed area in Aydın-Söke Plain. Today, by using the possibilities of high technology, Çırçır Rollergin has reached a daily capacity of 150 tons of seed cotton processing in its seed cotton processing facilities in a closed area of ​​20.000 m2. The rate of cotton they bought from the farmers increased in proportion to the increasing ginning capacity, and the rate of blessed cotton received in the season reached 10000 TON.

The increased excitement and willingness to invest in 2000 was a productive year for Davas Tekstil, and they put into operation a cotton yarn production facility of 8.000 spindles. In order to respond to the increasing demand in the textile industry, they increased their spindle capacity to 28.128 spindles in a 20.000m2 closed area. Increasing spindle number means increasing yarn variety. Today, they have reached their goal of selling 100% Aegean-Söke cotton as yarn, all of which are processed in their own Ginning Factory, with a daily variety of 15,000 kilos of combed cotton, slub, compact and siro yarns.
