Gülle Entegre Tekstil İşletmeleri has the title of being the greatest yarn producer in the Marmara region. With more than 30 years of experience in its area, it has many different product ranges. It carries out integrated production in many fields from fiber to fabric. It has put into operation, respectively knitted fabric dyeing and finishing, yarn dyeing and finishing, yarn and printing facilities and carries out production at full capacity. It continues its works with all its strength in order to contribute to the development of the Turkish textile industry and to enhance production and employment.

It is always aimed to carry out production above the standard with the existing quality control standards. It is aimed that every yarn produced is problem-free and flawless, by prioritizing quality over quantity in production.

With the melange and mixture facility, the special demands of the customers are responded.

Thanks to the high quality yarn production, services are provided to weavers as well as knitters. With folding twisting, high quality products that meet the expectations of knitwear manufacturers are produced.

The main products are 100% cotton, 100% viscose, 100% polyester, 100% bamboo and 100% organic cotton yarns in raw and melange colours. Carded, combed, compact and cirro-spun high quality yarns are produced in separate factories for both knitting and weaving. All yarn qualities can be produced as nope, with slub, mouline, mouline with slub and with injection effect.

In Gülle Entegre Tekstil İşletmeleri, the latest and major fabric trends in the world are followed, studies are carried out towards the demands and expectations of the market and the highest quality products are produced. We produce knitted fabric since the day we were established. In dyeing and finishing processes, we continue to carry out production by preventing pollution, never forgetting our responsibility towards the environment. We continuously conduct R&D and P&D studies in order to reduce our carbon footprint and water consumption while producing dyed and printed fabrics. In addition, we aim to deliver the most qualified products to our customers with our different machine parks within the knitting establishment.

Many of our dyeing, printing and finishing facilities have ISO 9001-14001-19000-51000 certificates. By fulfilling all the rules with the principles we have, we successfully pass the audit processes of the brands of which we are the supplier.

As Gülle Entegre Tekstil İşletmeleri A.Ş., we can carry out GOTS certified production with 100% organic cotton within the number range Ne 10/1 to Ne 60/1.

In cases where there is a minimum 20% addition in the production of recycled cotton or recycled polyester products, GRS certified productions can be carried out. We still continue our developments in different compositions. We are able to knit the environmentally friendly yarns we produce with our different knitting machines. Dyed or printed production can be carried out as requested.

Production can be carried out with organic and recycled polyester yarns in the number range from Ne 4/1 to Ne 60/1.

We can carry out productions with GRS and OCS certificates in different compositions by using organic cotton, Recycle Cotton, and Recycle Polyester at a minimum rate of 20%. GOTS certificate is issued for 100% Organic Cotton yarn production.

We are able to knit the yarns we produce with our different knitting machines. We carry out production as dyed or printed, as requested. Please see the Fabrics page for information about the fabrics.
