E.N.A. Yarn Production Factory attaches importance to the development of all production stakeholders with its machinery following the latest technology. The computer, software equipment, 24-hour production laboratory are managed by a team of experts, each of whom follows the global developments on site.
It produces 100% Viscose Openend, 100% Viscose Vortex and Vortex from blended fibers with the highest efficiency by keeping every stage of production under control, in line with the global standards.
With the advantage of constantly following the developments in the production requirements of our team and having an innovative perspective, our VORTEX machines, which were commissioned in January 2018, will continue to offer quality to both domestic and international customers by increasing the variety of production.
YARN DYE
Yarn Bobbin Dyeing Facility with its experience accumulated since 2002 and constantly renewed machine park has technological infrastructure and industrial conditions. It offers quality to its customers in yarn dyeing with automation software and computer technologies, especially the competence of the manager and production team. It provides faster and higher quality service to its customers with its laboratory, which can catch the right color in the first recipe in the middle of 90-95% of the sample color studies, works 24/7 and is accredited by a French brand.
Oeko-tex Test No: 03.T.3033 F1 Hohenstein/Test No. 03. T 3034 F1 is also supported by Hohenstein documents. Since 2014, it is preferred by both domestic and international customers with its sustainability in being a Green Paint Shop with the audits carried out every 6 months by Inditex, the biggest brand of Spain.
