Our company, which is located in Bursa Demirtaş Organized Industrial Zone and has an annual fabric production capacity of 12 million meters, has a fully air-conditioned and polluted air cleaning system.

It continues its activities on a total closed area of 35.000 square meters, with 184 dobby + 16 jacquard, 200 pieces of state-of-the-art weaving, 2 Karl Mayer, 2 Benninger brand warp preparation and 20 quality control machines, 310 experienced employees, dynamic structure, principled and honest working understanding.

Our company; It sets new standards in the understanding of fabric, pattern and fashion design with its expert textile and design engineers, which it employs in the R&D and product development departments, and prepares two different main collections a year as spring-summer and autumn-winter. It brings these collections together with its customers at Texworld-Paris, Textillegprom Moscov, The London Textile Fair, which it regularly attends every year.

Our paint shop works with quality, speed and within the framework of dialogue, based on the criteria requested by our customers.

In our dyehouse, it is suitable for weaving and knitted fabrics, dyeing all kinds of fiber and fiber mixtures with and without lycra, and serving finished fabrics to our customers with our wide range of accessories and finishing machines. Our daily capacity varies according to the fashion fabrics of the day and is in the range of 15-20 tons. The chemicals and dyestuffs we use comply with international standards and are "OEKO TEX" certified.

Our digital printing machines are the latest system in the printing foot, and they offer quality and difference to their business partners with expert pattern, design and colorist team for fancy fabrics manufactured in Barutçu Tekstil facilities. Our monthly capacity is between 400,000 and 450,000 mt.
