Our company's founding partners started to operate in the textile sector as a wholesaler in 1984. The company, which specializes in the trade of woven and knitted tulle fabrics, has undertaken the marketing activities of the production of the leading manufacturers of the sector. While reaching a significant market share in a period of about 10 years, it has decided to exist as a manufacturer in the sector with its marketing activities. In line with this decision, Bak-ay Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi started jacquard warp knitting and weaving activities in Çorlu Velimeşe facilities in 1994. It serves the home textile and clothing sector with an annual capacity of 77000000 mt. It is one of the leading companies in its field with the pattern yarn and knitting parameters it has developed. It has consolidated its production experiences since 1994 with the dyeing and finishing investment realized in 2008, and has accumulated a great knowledge of design, pattern, yarn, dyeing, finishing, weaving and warp knitting for many years.

Our company serves with 300 personnel in a closed area of 16496 m2. As a result of its production activities with warp knitting, weaving, dyeing-finishing and denim facilities, it has become the leading representative of innovative-quality products in the home textile and clothing sector. It has a monthly production capacity of 350000 mt with 49 jacquard warp knitting machines and an annual production capacity of 4200000 mt in its knitting facilities. It has an annual production capacity of 3500000 mt with 78 weaving machines in our weaving facilities. In our dyeing and finishing facilities, there are 12 HT (High Temperature) Dyeing machines, 5 beam dyeing machines and 3 ram machines. In addition, in order to increase the added value of the products obtained and to apply different processes, there are crank, iron, raising, cauldron, calender, washing, coating, transfer printing machines. In our facility, which has a monthly capacity of 200 tons of dyeing, 800000 mt/month, a structure prepared for the increase in production capacity with an annual capacity of approximately 10 million mt has been established. The production parameters in the existing facility are monitored in accordance with the standards before the production stages, the physics and the chemistry are monitored after the laboratory.

Our denim facility, which started its operations in January 2014, has a monthly yarn dyeing capacity of 30 tons. We believe that the yarns produced here will bring a new breath to the denim fabrics, which constitute 60% of the world textile market, with the fabrics we will produce by evaluating the yarns produced in weaving and knitting facilities. Our products have been certified by the German Hohenstein Institute as being not harmful to the environment and human health with Eko Tex100.
